Our returns policy
We are confident at Icecool that you will be delighted with your purchase(s). If however you are not completely satisfied then we offer a full refund (including return postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery) or exchange on goods returned to us within 28 days.
All Icecool Jewels arrive with an Icecool wear tag attached; this must be intact on return to entitle you to a full refund. All bespoke items including our Your Name in Diamonds are non-refundable.
Christmas Returns Policy
We are aware that Christmas gifts have to be purchased some time before they are gifted and this obviously
allows less time for unsuitable purchases to be returned. Therefore, we have extended our returns period for
unwanted Christmas gifts until 12th January 2010. Please remember that the wear tag must be intact for a full refund.
Please note, as you are buying Goods by mail order, you may have the right of cancellation under these terms
- you must inform us by email, fax or in writing that you wish to cancel within 7 working days of your receipt of the Goods.
- In any event, you may not cancel orders for specially commissioned or personalised Icecool Jewellery.
- the Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel.
Any Icecool Jewellery returned, should follow the criteria below
- all goods and packaging to be returned in their original condition. Original wear tag should still be intact.
- securely wrapped.
- and enclose your cut-off slip, which is at the bottom of your invoice.
Once we have received the goods, we will credit you debit or credit card with the full purchase price, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.
If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the full cost.
We are under no obligation to collect.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return an item
Please return your item to us in the same condition in which it was received and wrapped securely.
We recommend that you return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will insure you against any loss or damage, please keep a copy of your receipt until the full purchase price and postage has been refunded by us. On delivery your Icecool Jewel will arrive with a wear tag, this must be intact on return to entitle you to a full refund.
