Our diamond promise

We have been passionately involved with diamonds for almost a century. We promise that our Icecool diamonds are entirely a unique product of nature, not enhanced or treated in any way. We also promise that our minimum diamond qualities are I1 clarity (fine inclusions) and K colour (faint colour) for our 18ct gold jewels and H colour (white) for our Platinum 950 jewels.

We also promise that our listed unique diamonds have certificates from world class laboratories, more than one hundred years of our experience behind them and that our youngest diamond is nine hundred million years old.

Diamond Guarantee

We at Icecool guarantee that our diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations resolutions.

Icecool hereby guarantee that our diamonds are from areas that are free of conflict, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of our diamonds.
