Our diamond promise
We have been passionately involved with diamonds for almost a century. We promise that our Icecool diamonds are entirely a unique product of nature, not enhanced or treated in any way. We also promise that our minimum diamond qualities are SI2 clarity and I colour for our 18ct gold and Platinum 950 jewels.
We also promise that our Create Your Own diamonds have certificates from world class laboratories, more than one hundred years of our experience behind them and that our youngest diamond is nine hundred million years old.
Diamond Guarantee
We at Icecool guarantee that our diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations resolutions.
Icecool hereby guarantee that our diamonds are from areas that are free of conflict, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of our diamonds.
