Selecting products
You can browse products via the category links or use our search engine on the category pages.
Simply click on a product image or name to get a more detailed description. You can also click the image on the detail page to view an extra large image.
When you have selected a product you'd like to buy. Use the 'add to basket' button to add a product to your basket.
You can then access your basket by pressing 'checkout' on the left hand column. Once you have added a product it shows you the quantity, title and subtotal of any product(s) you've put into your basket.
Placing your order
Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the 'Checkout' link in your basket. If this is the first time you have ordered online from Icecool, you'll be asked to enter the following information before you can complete the checkout process: your email address; a password; your payment card address; and your payment method.
Note: Unfortunately Icecool can only send diamond jewellery to the cardholders address.
If you already have an online account with Icecool, simply enter in your email address and password. Once you've entered this information you'll be taken to the 'Place your order' page where you can review or change your order details.
When you're ready to complete your order, click the 'place order now' button and you will be sent to the barclays secure payment page. You'll be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

All purchases made online are entirely safe and secure. We have guaranteed secure payment, verification validation and authorisation through Barclaycard Merchant Services, who are pioneers of the industry.
When placing an order all of your payment details are encrypted so that the details you enter cannot be read or accessed by Icecool or any third party.
On some occasions we are required to perform additional security checks which may in some cases delay the order until the card has been verified or authorised.
We at Icecool reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem to be suspicious or when the details provided do not match the security details held by the card issuer.
