Delivery

All Icecool jewels are sent free of charge within the UK and will arrive by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the credit/debit cardholder's address.

Any jewels order from our Icecool collections will arrive in 2 working days.

Our handmade U Design pendants will arrive in 7 - 10 days, our Unique Diamonds will arrive in 3 - 7 days and our Create Your Own Diamond Engagement rings in 5 - 10 days.

Individual bespoke items will take 2 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the order. If we are unable to dispatch your Icecool Jewellery within the specified days we shall notify you to arrange another date for dispatch.
