Icecool Standard Delivery
We at Icecool know and understand how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible; that's why we offer FREE 48HR DELIVERY on all orders within the UK, excluding ring sizing & personalised jewellery items, which may take a few days longer to deliver. Icecool Jewels will arrive by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the credit/debit cardholder's address. Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature on delivery.
Our handmade Your Name in Diamond & Diamond Love Letter pendants will arrive in 2-3 weeks. Unique Diamonds will arrive in 3 - 7 days and our Create Your Own Diamond Engagement rings in 5 - 10 days. We will of course keep you updated by email on the progress of your order.
Individual bespoke items will take 2 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the order. If we are unable to dispatch your Icecool Jewellery within the specified days we shall notify you to arrange another date for dispatch.
