Impeccable

"I have three daughters and have bought rings from Icecool for all their 18th birthdays.

All three of the rings were fantastic and the girls were thrilled and wore them everyday. We did have a problem with one of the rings albeit after three years of purchase. I called Icecool and spoke to Shirley who asked me to send the ring back and they would 'sort something out for us'.

Icecool were as good as their word and they repaired the ring (free of charge) and sent it back looking as good as the day we had bought it.

Icecool customer service has been impeccable and very understanding. I would like to give special thanks to Nina who kept us informed, and the best part is that what she said was going to happen did and in the timescales stated.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Icecool again and would recommend their service and indeed their beautiful jewellery and diamonds.

Well Done to Icecool... as a consumer it is great to see a company that value their customers! The big faceless companies we have had to get use to, in the UK, could learn a lot from Icecool."
